Dr. Netaji Jadhav is leading Fitness & Sports Coach in India. He is a Doctorate in Nutrition and Exercise and has been in the field of Sports, Fitness and Nutrition for the past 21 years. He is a national level athlete, and has completed his professional Diploma in Nutrition, Fitness & Sports Coaching from ‘National Institute of Sports’ Sports Authority of India, Patiala, Punjab. Govt of India. Also he has completed his Graduation & Masters Degree in Physical Education & Sports. He has completed Fellowship in Applied Nutrition. Highly qualified nutritionist’s and Yoga Teacher’s team is working with him.

He has spearheaded a camp for the Indian wrestling team on diet and fitness. Also he has conducted Diet and Fitness sessions for the National and Inter National  Players who have participated in All India inter University and World inter University tournaments for Volleyball, Basketball, Roll ball, Football, Wrestling, Boxing, Taekwondo, Badminton, Table tennis etc.

He brings expertise in Weight loss / Weight gain through most natural methods without any medicines or without any supplements. His experience has also enabled clients to focus on fat loss and eliminate type 2 diabetes. His extensive experience has benefited many to lead healthier and happy lives through either weight loss (fat loss) programs or lead disease free life and to stay energetic, Happy and functionally active. 

We look beyond the weight loss. We educate the people about the Fitness and Balanced Diet.

Many people want to do the Fitness but they don’t know what to do. We educate the people that what is Fitness. As you know that Fitness is not a single component, it is the sum of five motor abilities and Ideal Body Composition. Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Coordination, Speed.

Fill the form about your four days existing daily schedule in detail. Daily schedule from wake to sleep with time, Exercise and Diet with time and quantity.

Mail us payment details and Knowing You form.
We will fix the appointment as per your time available and day preference.
We will prepare the Diet and Exercise Schedule as per individual’s requirement which you can do anywhere at your home, at out door or in Gym.
We will conduct the appointments sessions over Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and Phone.

After first appointment session we will conduct weekly interaction sessions to observe and to change your Diet and Exercise Plan.
